Cancellation and Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers the cancellation of, and refunds for, car rental bookings made with Coder Mingle Rent A Car at [complete this detail in the panel].

Free cancellation

A booking cancelled more than 24 hours before the pick-up time is refunded in full.

Late cancellation

After the free cancellation window, 0% of the booking value is charged as a cancellation fee and the remainder is refunded.

No-show

If nobody collects the vehicle within the waiting period after the pick-up time and we are not told, the booking is treated as cancelled and may not be refunded.

Early return

If the vehicle is returned before the return date in the agreement, unused days are refunded according to the rule stated on the rental terms page.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, car rental services to be provided on a specific date or period are outside the right of withdrawal. Bookings are therefore cancelled under the rules above.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made by the method and in the currency of the original payment. Card payments are refunded within fourteen days of the request being approved; the time your bank needs to show the amount is not included. Bank transfers are refunded to the account you give us.

What is not refunded

Traffic fines, bridge and motorway tolls, fuel differences, damage charges and items found missing at handover.

Disputes

Under Law No. 6502 you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or the consumer courts according to the monetary thresholds.

Effective date

This policy takes effect on 2026-09-19.
