CUSTOMER
The person whose name, address, telephone and e-mail are given when the booking is made.
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement covers the car rental service ordered electronically at [complete this detail in the panel] and sets out the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 — The service and its price
The vehicle class, the pick-up and return date and place, the rental period, the extras and the total price including taxes are shown in the booking summary and in the confirmation message sent to the customer. That information forms part of this agreement.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made by the method chosen at booking (card or bank transfer). Where a prepayment is taken, the balance is collected when the vehicle is handed over. The deposit and when it is released are stated on the rental terms page.
Article 5 — Handover and use
The vehicle is handed over at the place and time in the booking, against a driving licence and an identity document. The rules for using the vehicle are on the rental terms page and are an annex to this agreement.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, car rental services to be provided on a specific date or period are outside the right of withdrawal. Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation and refund page.
Article 7 — General
The customer confirms having read the pre-contractual information about the essential qualities of the service, the price including taxes, the payment method and the supplier's full address and contact details, and having given the required confirmation electronically.
Article 8 — Disputes
Under Law No. 6502, the consumer arbitration committees and the consumer courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds.
Article 9 — Effect
This agreement of nine articles is formed and takes effect when the customer confirms it electronically. This version of the text is dated 2026-09-19.
