Terms of Membership and Use

Parties

This agreement is made between Coder Mingle Rent A Car (Güzelyurt, Serik Cd. Yanyolu No:90 D:3C, 07112 Aksu/Antalya, Antalya, Türkiye, tax office [complete this detail in the panel], tax number [complete this detail in the panel]), the operator of the website published at [complete this detail in the panel], and the person using the site or opening an account on it.

Definitions

• Site: the website at [complete this detail in the panel] and every service on it
• User: a person visiting the site
• Member: a person with an account on the site
• Service: car rental bookings and the extras that go with them

Membership

Membership is free and open to people aged eighteen or over. The member confirms that the details given at registration are correct and current, and is responsible for keeping the account credentials confidential and for everything done through the account.

Using the site

The user agrees to use the site lawfully and in accordance with this agreement, not to use another person's identity or payment details, and not to do anything that endangers the security of the site or loads it excessively through automated means.

Bookings and payment

A booking made on the site is formed when the payment or the prepayment is approved. The commercial terms of the rental are on the rental terms page, the cancellation rules on the cancellation and refund page, and the distance selling provisions in the distance sales agreement; all of them form part of this agreement.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, software and databases on the site belong to Coder Mingle Rent A Car or to its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability

Coder Mingle Rent A Car does not warrant that the site will run without interruption or error; the service may be suspended for maintenance, faults and events beyond our control. Coder Mingle Rent A Car is not responsible for third party content reached through links on the site.

Personal data

Your personal data is processed as set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Ending the agreement

A member may close the account at any time. Coder Mingle Rent A Car may suspend or end a membership that breaches this agreement. Ending it does not affect rental agreements already made.

Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies. In consumer matters the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds set by Law No. 6502.

Effective date

This agreement takes effect on 2026-09-19 and applies for as long as it is published on the site.
